Easy Fruit Leather
1 cup applesauce
1 1/2 cup berries of your choice
Preheat oven to 170 degrees and line a baking sheet with a non-stick baking pad or parchment paper.
Combine the applesauce and the berries in a blender and purée until a smooth mix forms.
Spread the mixture over the prepared baking dish, using a spatula to create an evenly flat surface to the edges of the pan.
Bake for about 3-4 hours. The leather should be slightly sticky, but not soft anymore.
Remove and slice into strips and store in an airtight container for snacking!
